Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th 1996) was born in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology student. The father of her mother, who is Argentinan of Scottish and English descent is her mother. Her mother's heritage is Spanish and English. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's previous marriage. Family was at Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy reached the age of six, then moved to Victoria district of London. Taylor Joy claims that her move to England was extremely stressful. Taylor Joy was unable to master English and was hoping to relocate back to Argentina. Hill House became her school of choice after Taylor-Joy was ordered to move schools. In the following years, she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. After 16 she quit school in order to explore acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy always knew she wanted to be an actor. The opportunity was offered to her opportunity by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management she offered her the opportunity to model.
